Our Process

Nothing at Amorelle is made before you choose it. Here is what happens between your first message and the ring arriving.

1. Tell us what you have in mind

Request a quote on a design you like, or describe something entirely your own. A sketch, a photograph, a description of a ring you saw once — any of it is a useful starting point.

2. A private consultation

You speak with one jeweller, not a queue. We talk through shape, stone, metal, size and budget, and we tell you honestly what is and is not possible within it.

3. Choosing the stone

We select the centre diamond together. For engagement rings with a centre diamond, the stone is IGI-certified, so its carat weight, cut, colour and clarity are documented rather than described.

4. Seeing the design

For custom work you see the design before anything is made. Nothing goes into production until you have approved it.

5. Made for you

Your ring is made to order in the gold colour and karat you chose. Standard made-to-order pieces are typically completed in 10 to 14 business days. More intricate custom designs may take up to 21 business days. We confirm timing with you before production begins.

6. Insured delivery

Your ring is shipped insured. We will confirm the details of the shipment with you before it leaves us.

The dates above are typical, not guaranteed. If you are working toward a specific occasion, tell us at the start and we will be straight with you about whether it is realistic.
