Terms of service
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website www.amorellejewelry.com and any purchase made from Amorelle Jewelry.
Throughout these Terms, “Amorelle,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Amorelle Jewelry, located at 13 Weizman Street, Tel Aviv, Israel. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or person using our website or services.
By visiting our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
The information you provide is complete and accurate.
-
You are legally permitted to use the selected payment method.
-
Your purchase is for lawful personal or gift use.
-
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and Services
Amorelle offers made-to-order engagement rings, fine jewelry, custom jewelry and related services.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, materials, gemstones, dimensions and colors accurately. However, photographs, videos, renderings and colors displayed on a screen may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and device settings.
Gemstones may display natural or manufacturing-related variations in color, measurements, proportions and appearance. Carat weights and dimensions may be approximate unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.
Product descriptions, photographs and renderings are provided for general representation. Minor variations that do not materially change the agreed design or specifications are not considered defects.
3. Made-to-Order and Custom Jewelry
Most Amorelle pieces are made specifically after an order is placed.
Standard made-to-order pieces are generally completed within 10–14 business days after all order details have been confirmed. More complex custom or bespoke designs may require up to 21 business days or longer when agreed with the customer.
Production timelines are estimates and are separate from shipping time.
For custom or bespoke orders, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the design, measurements, metal, stone specifications, engraving and other details before production begins.
Changes requested after approval or after production has started may:
-
Result in additional charges.
-
Extend the production timeline.
-
Require a new design approval.
-
Be impossible to accommodate once manufacturing has progressed.
Any revised price or timeline will be communicated before the requested change is completed.
4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Amorelle.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse an order or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
-
Incorrect pricing or product information.
-
Inability to obtain the requested stone or material.
-
Shipping restrictions.
-
An order that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in United States dollars (USD).
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
The price shown at checkout does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Applicable U.S. sales tax will be displayed and collected at checkout where required.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or third-party charges not expressly included and collected during checkout.
6. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
Orders may be subject to payment authorization, identity verification and fraud-prevention checks. We may contact you to request additional information when reasonably necessary to confirm or process an order.
Your order is not guaranteed until payment has been authorized and the order has been accepted by Amorelle.
Payment information is processed through third-party payment providers. Amorelle does not directly store complete payment-card details.
7. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an electronic order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has entered production.
We may contact you to confirm details such as:
-
Ring size.
-
Gold color and karat.
-
Center stone selection.
-
Carat weight.
-
Engraving.
-
Delivery address.
-
Custom design specifications.
You are responsible for reviewing your order confirmation and notifying us promptly of any error.
8. Ring Size and Product Measurements
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size.
Our sizing guides are provided as general guidance. Because measuring methods can vary, we recommend being professionally sized by a local jeweler before ordering.
Amorelle does not currently provide a resizing service. If a ring does not fit, a return may be requested in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. Diamonds, Gemstones and Certificates
Product pages and order confirmations specify the type of center stone included in each piece.
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with substantially the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds.
A lab-grown center diamond of 1.00 carat or more will be supplied with an IGI grading report when this is stated on the product page or order confirmation.
Smaller diamonds, accent stones, pavé stones, moissanite and other precious stones are not individually IGI-certified unless expressly stated. Where applicable, the completed jewelry piece may instead be supplied with an appraisal or product documentation.
A grading report or appraisal describes the relevant stone or jewelry piece. It is not a promise of future resale value, replacement value or investment performance.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Every Amorelle piece is inspected before dispatch.
Orders are generally shipped through FedEx Express with tracking. Fully insured delivery is available to eligible destinations.
Shipping availability, cost and any applicable tax are confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address.
Estimated transit time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier conditions, public holidays, weather or events outside our reasonable control.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
To preserve shipment insurance, the package must be delivered to the address confirmed with Amorelle. Requests to reroute a shipment or collect it from a carrier facility may affect or cancel the insurance protection.
Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the confirmed delivery address, subject to applicable law.
Full shipping terms are available at:
https://www.amorellejewelry.com/pages/shipping-policy
11. Returns and Refunds
A return may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging, certificates and documentation.
Customers must contact Amorelle before returning an item so that we can confirm the return instructions and return address.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or materially different from the order placed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original customs duties, import taxes and third-party processing fees are not refundable by Amorelle.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Full return terms are available at:
https://www.amorellejewelry.com/pages/returns-policy
12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the order placed, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at darya@amorellejewelry.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video where relevant.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, return or refund.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper storage, unauthorized repair, normal wear or failure to follow reasonable jewelry-care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content—including the Amorelle name, logo, product names, jewelry designs, photographs, videos, renderings, illustrations, text, graphics and website layout—is owned by or licensed to Amorelle and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

14. Customer Content and Communications
If you send us photographs, reviews, comments, design ideas or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
We will not publicly use your photographs, private messages or personal custom-design materials for advertising without your permission.
Reviews or other content voluntarily submitted for publication may be displayed, edited for formatting or removed if they are unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent or unrelated to the relevant product or service.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website:

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Amorelle is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

17. Accuracy of Information

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including the opportunity to cancel the affected order for a full refund.
18. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.
No website description, photograph, grading report, appraisal or communication should be interpreted as financial or investment advice or as a guarantee of future resale value.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amorelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a product.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Amorelle’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These limitations do not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
21. Events Outside Our Control
Amorelle is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental restrictions, supply shortages, internet outages or payment-network failures.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and complete the affected order as soon as reasonably possible.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Amorelle against third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply to claims caused by Amorelle’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or removed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
24. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and order details referenced in them, form the agreement between you and Amorelle concerning your use of the website and your purchase.
If a product page, written quotation or order confirmation contains specific terms that differ from these general Terms, the specific written terms accepted for that order will apply to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply in your country or place of residence, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of legal protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
